PARSLEY PLAIN LEAVED (FRENCH)

Parsley Plain Leaved French, also known as flat-leaf parsley, is a classic culinary herb with a sweet, delicate flavour. Compared with curled parsley, flat-leaf parsley is often preferred for cooking because of its stronger kitchen versatility and easy-to-chop leaves.

The plants are vigorous and produce distinctive flat green leaves that can be harvested regularly throughout the growing season. This variety is suitable for vegetable patches, herb gardens, containers, patio pots, and kitchen windowsills.

Parsley grows best in rich, moist, well-drained soil and can be grown in full sun or partial shade. It is also fairly cold hardy, allowing harvests to continue into winter in suitable conditions.
