We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours, however orders placed over weekends or holidays may take a little longer. Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation.

Shipping

We offer free UK shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped with Royal Mail, and delivery usually takes around 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address.

Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.

Returns

If you would like to return your order, please contact us through our contact page as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of placing your order, so we can help you quickly.

Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
