Herb Coriander

Growing Information

• Sow directly outdoors from March to June
• For containers, sow indoors all year round
• Sow seeds around 10mm deep
• Germination usually takes 14–21 days
• Keep soil moist until germination
• Thin seedlings to around 20cm apart
• Pick leaves regularly to encourage fresh growth
• Remove flower stems to help extend leaf production
• Avoid transplanting, as seedlings do not move well
• Grow in a sunny or lightly shaded position
• Keep watered during dry periods to reduce bolting
